My Story
I'm a senior business consultant and growth-focused executive with over 15 years of experience driving revenue, scaling teams, and optimizing sales and marketing operations. I've built organizations from the ground up, led cross-functional teams of 25+ employees, and advised companies on strategy, execution, and sustainable growth.
As CEO of Miami Alkaline Water, I scaled the company from launch to $3M in first-year revenue. I created and led five operating divisions, enabling rapid and sustainable growth, and transitioned the business into a multi-division wellness brand with expanded offerings.
Before that, as Managing Director at Worldwide Advantage, I built and scaled multi-market marketing operations, opening 18 offices across the US and Canada. I led and mentored teams of 25+ members per office and increased revenue by 30-40% through sales optimization.
When I opened my first office in Washington DC, many people told me that client wouldn't be a good business — that only two offices had survived working with them. But I didn't let that stop me. After three months, I won the #1 sales award, and because of that success, I needed to open more offices across the US.
When I arrived in Miami and decided to start a company, people warned me there was no money for good business here, that Miami wasn't a good place to be an entrepreneur. Once again, I closed my ears to opinions without solid foundations and decided to believe in myself and my company's capabilities. One year later, I had accumulated more than $1 million in sales.

Throughout my career, I've developed what I call Magnetic Leadership — a philosophy that has been the foundation of every success I've achieved.
Magnetism is an almost irresistible force that attracts. Personal magnetism is the ability to make people want to be around you, listen to you, and share ideas with you. It's built on credibility, respect, empathy, charisma, and a genuine sense of care for others.
I've spoken about Magnetic Leadership across the world — in Brazil, the USA, and England — and I've mentored many entrepreneurs through my courses and talks. My success comes from being living proof that what I teach works, because it worked for me.
